How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" to create your account. Then choose how many nodes you'd like to host and enter your community credentials. Complete payment and you're ready to host on Block Fabric.
How can I reset my password?
Select “forgot my password” from the Block Fabric login page.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes! We do not share or keep any of your information other than your email for notification purposes. All other information is not stored.
How can I delete my account?
Please reach out to support@blockfabric.host to delete your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
Any credit or debit card including: Visa, Discover, Amex, and more
How can I reset my password?

Does pausing my nodes update my subscription price?
No, pausing your node will not update your subscription price. You will need to unsubscribe your node to update your monthly invoice total.
How do I update my profile information?
Once logged in, on the top right-hand corner of the Block Fabric instances page click on your username Select “Account” and change as needed.
What is your refund policy?
Any and all canceled instances will be refunded at a pro-rated rate dependent on how many days are left in your monthly subscription. Refunds are processed immediately but funds can take up to 7-10 business days arrive.
What should I do if I'm experiencing technical issues?
Hit "Refresh." You'd be amazed how often isses are resolved just by refreshing your browser. If that doesn't fix things, try clearing your cache. If the issue persists, please reach out to support@blockfabric.host with screenshots of the issue.
Do you have a mobile app?
No, we do not. However, our website and software products are mobile-friendly and easy to access from any device.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
All email preferences can be updated from your Block Fabric profile.
